A smart start to learning stand-up comedy
A clear, easy starting point for the ‘comedy curious’ for Frankfurt area locals. A craft-first workshop for brand-new and early-stage comics, writers, storytellers, and improvisers who want to see if stand-up is for them.
We’ll demystify standup by looking at how jokes work, practicing writing, and trying a few new jokes on our feet. Supportive feedback, no pressure. No obligation to continue or perform publicly.
Designed for people who don’t see themselves reflected in comedy rooms, and would like to meet some like-minded comedy brains.
Abigail Paul is a BBC award-nominated comedian and professional smart-mouth who believes comedy heals, and should be accessible, thoughtful, and welcoming from day one.
